Thank you for your choosing Bradley Allen physique tailored apparel, it’s important to us that your clothing fits you well. Thus, we are happy to return or exchange your item for a better fit. Please see below for our return and exchange policy.
To ensure that you order the correct size, please make sure your measurements are up to date and taken while flexed. If you fall on the edge of a size or in the size gap, the larger of the two sizes will fit you more comfortably, while the smaller will accentuate your muscle tone. If you are concerned about your fit, we recommend that you select the larger of the two sizes.
We are continually adding to and updating our research and designs, so if you run into any fit, durability, or wear issues please let us know.
Conversely, if you are pumped about your fit and experience, we would love to hear from you and feature you in one of our style stories.

We ship domestically and internationally through the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will vary by destination and number of products purchased.

Where do you ship from?
All of our products ship from Denver, Colorado, USA
How long does it take for my order to ship?
99% of orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. Keep in mind, we’re human, and orders may not ship on American holidays.
Has my order been shipped?
You will always receive a notification e-mail when your order has been shipped. Please check your inbox and junk/spam mail folder for your confirmation before contacting us regarding your order’s status.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are happy to ship internationally. Final shipping costs will vary by final destination and are subject to additional customs costs, import fees and taxes.
International Customs and Taxes
For orders being delivered outside of the USA, your order may be subject to import and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country and which are the responsibility of the shopper. Bradley Allen ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of Bradley Allen shirts within 30 days of delivery that are unworn, unwashed, without stains or the smell of cologne and with tags still attached.
To make an exchange Place a new order for your desired product, and follow the return instructions for the unwanted item.
To make a return or exchange Please email firstname.lastname@example.org a brief description of why you would like to make a return and put in the subject line “RETURN REQUEST” OR “EXCHANGE REQUEST”. She will send a return label for you to print and attach to an appropriate shipping box or envelope.
For Domestic Returns Only
We want you to have a great fit, so if you need return your shirt, we will cover the return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We will accept international returns but are unable to offer free return shipping at this time. We will, however, waive the restocking fee.
For Domestic Exchanges
Order the wrong size? Place an order for a new item and we will cover the cost of return shipping for you! We will provide a refund for returned items that are unworn, unwashed, without stains or the smell of cologne and with tags still attached.
For International Exchanges
Order the wrong size? Place an order for a new item and return the old one! We are unable to offer free return shipping at this time.
We will provide a refund for returned items that are unworn, unwashed, without stains or the smell of cologne and with tags still attached.
Your refund will be posted within 1-8 business days upon return delivery confirmation.
We will not refund on items that appear to be worn, washed, or in unacceptable condition.
