Returns and Exchanges and International Shipping

International Shipping

We are more than happy to sell and ship Bradley Allen Apparel internationally. However, depending on your country, including Canada, additional duties, taxes and fees may be assessed by your government. We are not responsible for any of these fees and cannot guarantee whether or not they will or will not be charged. Please plan accordingly.

International purchasers will be responsible for paying all shipping fees related to the to purchase, return or exchange of any products. 

Returns

You must return your item within 30 days of purchase. Anything returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure that it is in the original packaging with tags. 

Please note that pants that have had alterations, including hemming, CAN NOT be returned. All sales are final on hemmed pants.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If for any reason your item does not meet our return standards, we will notify you. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund has not been posted, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@bradleyallen.com.

Exchanges

If you need to make an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at customerservice@bradleyallen.com. Upon receipt of your email, we’ll send you a shipping label for your exchange. Once your item has been received, we will send out the product for which you are making your exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
